It is quite simple to participate with Internet Genesis Project and to buy
"Pixel space". You only need to observe the following three steps:
1. Decide how many pixels you wish to purchase.
The Costs only will be 1 EURO
per Pixel
Pixels can only be bought in multiples of 10 x 10, i.e. a minimum of 100, because a lesser quantity cannot be reasonably presented in the total
"pixel space" i.e. the minimum size
100 (10 x 10) Pixels - represents a square of this size
- you are accruing once-off costs (for a duration of 30 years) to the value of
EURO 100.00.
Compare this with costs for print media advertising!
2. You can pay for your pixels
using
our Paypal-Account (payable to Mediatemple GBR Germany), by clicking on the following field:
Payments with Paypal are
absolutely secure. If you don't have a Paypal-Account, you will be prompted to set up an account
during the payment process. Your payment details
(credit card, bank account etc.) are only known to Paypal and not to us nor to third parties

pixels [at] millionpixels.eu, which should contain the following information and attachments

An image in GIF, JPG or PNG
format
(the size of the picture must correspond to the size of the pixels you have bought and must not be animated).
The desired position of the picture in the
"pixel space" (e.g. 70 pixels to the right, 100 pixels down).
This information must be provided in multitudes of 10 pixels and the desired position must be available.
The website domain (URL), which you would like to link to your picture
(starting with http://).
The TITLE/ALT-text, which you would like to link to your picture
(appears when somebody moves over the picture with the mouse).
An order number
and the confirmation, that you authorise us to integrate the image, the
link and the TITLE/ALT-text on our Site

That's it!
As soon as we have received the above
information from you, we will proceed to integrate your picture into the
"pixel space". This happens normally within 24 hours. At the same time you receive from us an invoice.

Important remarks:
We reserve the right
to reject images, if we are of the opinion, that they would
not suit our "pixel space". This does not prevent you from your right to take up the purchased
"pixel space" in a suitable manner.
We strictly reject Links to immoral sites, radical ones or those with criminal content.
This is why we will not use a script-based,
"automated" pixel page. Only this way do we have complete control
over images and links which appear on our
Site.
This also makes the site more secure against the manupulation by third parties. The script-based, data based varieties of
"pixel sites", of which already, almost identical ones populate the Internet, are very vulnerable to attacks. The hackers simply manipulate
the CGI- and PHP-Scripts here or completely delete the
SQL data base entries.
We are not responsible for the content of external linked pages and are unable to, constantly, check such sites.
